History of The Bloomsbury Geographer

Before this online revival, the Bloomsbury Geographer was the annual journal of the Department of Geography, University College London. From 1968 to 1995, the journal was a space for undergraduates to publish individually, emphasising the importance of individual work away from examinations. With contributions from students and academics across the department, the journal’s archives are now a 27 year history of shifting pedagogy and paradigms of what Geography is and should be.

After 20 years, the Bloomsbury Geographer will be exploring this rich record with a series of articles.
